The service

Toto lets a parent create a personalized illustrated storybook from photos or artwork, preview it digitally, and optionally purchase an ebook and/or a printed hardcover fulfilled by our print partner.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be a parent or legal guardian with rights to any photos or artwork you upload. You are responsible for the email and devices used with your account. Magic-link sign-in is for accessing your library after a preview claim or purchase.

Uploads and content rules

Uploads must be appropriate for a children’s product. We run automated moderation and may refuse or remove content that violates safety rules. You grant Toto a limited license to process uploads solely to create, deliver, and support your book.

You retain ownership of your photos. Generated illustrations and story text are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use of the book you ordered. Do not upload images you do not have rights to.

Orders, pricing, and shipping

Retail prices are shown at checkout in EUR (ebook, hardcover bundle, or hardcover upgrade). Shipping for physical books is quoted separately and fulfilled by Peecho. Digital delivery is by email / library download after payment.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on your location. We do not entitle generation or print on a checkout redirect alone — payment webhooks confirm paid status.

Generation quality

Illustration and story generation are automated and may vary. You approve character and story steps before the full book continues. Free regenerations may be limited. We do not guarantee identical likeness across every style or spread.

Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. For print issues (damage, print defects), contact us with your order details; we will work with the printer on a reprint or remedy when appropriate.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment or safety checks, scrape the site aggressively, or use Toto to generate illegal or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

Toto is provided as-is within the limits of applicable law. We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under consumer law.
